Ice Cream on Highway 55

When I was a child my dad would drive us down to visit relatives in Missouri from the Chicago area and we would always stop at a 50sish Ice Cream place right off Highway 55 downstate Illinois, before St. Louis.

Does anybody know such an ice cream place and it's name? And, does it still exist?
