"Yum-Yum"

I grew up in North Jersey...and loved Italian ice when we all simply called it "Lemon Ice", no matter what the flavor was. I also remember a type of Italian Ice we all called "Yum-Yum" Is it just me and old age, or do any of my Fellow Jerseyites remember something called "Yum-Yum"?

I totally remember "yum-yum" Italian ices. I also lived in North Jersey and used to go to a store called Kaye's Nut Shoppe, located on Central Avenue in Jersey City.
There was nothing like the yum yum vanilla ice he made. And all of his other ices were by far, the best I have ever had too. Wish I could find some of his recipes. I am dying to have it again. But all  the searching has led to nothing. Can't even find a place that comes close to matching it. I sure hope he didn't die and not leave his recipes for someone else.
