Hi All -

Nestled in Seattle's industrial section there's an intriguing BBQ place in Seattle named Koba Championship BBQ. The guy running the joint is a former Kansas City BBQ Grandmaster. He's Japanese American, and his sauces have a distinctly Asian flavor. Also check out his Pacific Rim slaw. Near 4th Ave South and Mead, across from Kettel's Diner.

Hi All -

I have to back off on my endorsement of this place ... I think he's hurting financially. The factory next door has laid people off and and he's not getting many customers.
