Now for my real recipe, and most every other persons also.
This is for 2 people
2 1/4 cups of ap flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup of very cold butter
1 cup of very cold milk
Mix dry ingreadiants
cut in butter {I cube mine} untill it looks like small beans
Start adding milk slowly while mixing untill it just comes together
At this time I form into a small rectangle wrap and chill 1/2 hour or so but this is not nessesary.
Turn out to a lightly floured board and roll to 1/2 to 3/4 in. thick and cut desired size.
450 deg pre-heated oven 8 to 10 min. Done.
Start to the first bite about 20 min.
What I do on occasion is mix my dry items together in the morning and put it aside for latter or sometimes I mix the whole batch and refrigerate untill needed.
If you have a food processer it's even easier, in fact too easy.
