Next time I'll order a side of potato pancakes just for you.

Yes, Mad Anthony's was supposed to be haunted by the ghosts of a Harmonite brother and sister.  There were reports of footsteps on the cellar stairs, doors opening and closing, chandeliers swinging and a cold chill experienced by workers and patrons.  I pretty much chalked it up to too much bier.

Not a restaurant but if you are going to be in Milwaukee during late August, you should check out GermanFest.

It is one in our summer-long series of music and ethnic festivals.

      Gemütlichkeit!

The arrow is pointing up here. The owners of the very popular Pilsener Haus & Biergarten in <<<Hoboken>>> will be opening Asbury Festhalle Biergarten in Asbury Park soon...

Gersthaus und Wiener Fest are both great places in the Nashville, TN area.

20+ years ago I used to frequently travel 145 miles to Nashville just to eat at the Gersthaus.  Then about 10 years ago or so, the Gersthaus acquired a sister restaurant right across the river from me in Evansville, Indiana.  Those 145 mile trips were instantly reduced to 10.
