I found this 6qt model pressure cooker by williams-sonoma, I don't know if this model would be helpful or not.

We had several Red Barn Hamburger joints in my old stompin' grounds in the Detroit area. Loved all of their burgers. Big Barney, Barnbuster, and, don't forget the fried chicken-great! Someone asked about Lee's Hamburgers in the NO area. Great burgers with onion in the patty & on the grill. Wrapped in paper like the old days. Great onion rings & fries, Po Boys, chicken sandwiches (I've never had one). I've been to the one on Veteran's Blvd many times-looking forward to getting back there.

I use Miracle Whip, ketchup, a little mustard, dill & sweet relish. Makes a great burger dressing similiar to the old Big Barney or Barnbuster sauce at The old "Red Barn".

There was a Red Barn in my old hometown of Elgin, Illinois. It didn't last log, though, and was remodeled into a family-style sit-down restaurant.
