On fried : salt, pepper, sometimes a little tomato ketchup or brown sauce on the side.
On poached & scrambled : salt and pepper
On boiled : just salt.
I do understand the whole salsa etc + egg attraction, its just not for me. I like my eggs as fresh & natural and possible, and to taste of egg mostly
I could not eat eggs cooked the way they look in sizz's first picture there, I agree with the distaste. I understand its to some people's taste but to me, overcooked eggs are just plain wrong
