What's a Berger Cookie?
In what was clearly not my finest photographic moment, I tried to capture the essence of the Berger Cookie.
They are a (white) cake-like cookie covered in rich, thick fudge-y goodness. I initially thought that they were like the "black" half of a "black and white" cookie, but the chocolate is almost slathered on like cake frosting. They are a pretty good cookie, if you ask me. If signman
stops by this thread, he will also sing their praises.
Regionally, I am inundated with key lime pie - and I hate the stuff.
