Smoking supplies? Applewood? - Wed, 10/15/03 8:42 PM

Does anyone have link for a good online site to purchase various smoking supplies? Particularly, I'm looking for a spot to buy Applewood, pickling salt, netting for ham, a new electric smoker heating element, and a thermometer...

Currently, I am smoking up a three rainbow trout--smells great! I'll let you all know how it comes out!

Thanks!!

When it comes to wood, sauces and rubs, I go to http://www.hawgeyesbbq.com. For equipment, try http://www.alliedkenco.com.
