And so I find the new theory is not valid. Too bad, I liked the idea.
I have always been a proponent of a big breakfast, small, or no
lunch and an early dinner. No eating between meals and the early
dinner to start shortly after the cocktail hour.
Since I never counted carbs (didn't even know they existed) or
calories, I just went along year after year doing the wrong thing.
I will have to tell the Doctor who asks what I do right what I
have been doing wrong all this time.
Since today is Saturday breakfast has few carbs---Bacon and
Eggs and homefries --------so I will have to make it up with my
Sunday special----homemade pancakes and either bacon or sausages and
lots of coffee. Then Monday back to the grind---Oatmeal, with a banana
cut up into it----coffee and corn bread. Can't wait until next weekend.
Diets come and diets go but never the twain shall meet.
