It depends on my mood. I love a nice Porterhouse, T-Bone, Bone in Ribeye, Bone in Filet, or K.C. strip steak. But sometimes I want a 12 oz boneless filet, boneless ribeye, or N.Y. Strip.
Of course all of the above should be prime, and preferably dry ages for some cuts.
As for the bone for the dog, I dont have a dog, and if I did he would have to fight me for the bone.
