Chocolate sandwich
-
Thu, 09/11/08 1:34 PM
I just was at The City Bakery in NYC (famous for their hot chocolate) and I saw a new item: Melted Chocolate Sandwich. They take a baguette, put on small pieces of chocolate, and melt it in a sandwich press. Hmmmm.

What kind of chocolate? I presume we are not talking about Hersheys ... (a French Kiss?)

Mais, non. I think it is their own brand but when you buy it, it already melted. I don't know if they reheat it then.

I have found several places that serve a Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) sandwich.
