There is a vinegar based drink called "Jogging in a Jug" that is supposed to be really good for Arthritis, last time I saw it was in a Food Lion, I love the stuff as does my wife, she swears by it. Anyone know about this drink? I can't find it around here anymore!

I remember that stuff.

Here is a "homemade recipe"

32oz Grape juice
16oz Apple juice
8 oz cider vinegar

mix well. keep in firdge. take 2oz a day.

Yea, my Grandma (95) still swears by apple cider vinegar as a cure-all.
