Bob's in Kittery ME

I'm starting to hear reports that this once famous and fabulous place is starting to go downhill in quality. Anyone been there lately? (It's been 5 years for me).

If so, that's so sad. Bob's used to be one of the top 5-10 places in NE for fried clams and had pretty good lobster rolls too. I guess the Kittery "outlet" mentality and economics are hitting them as well

Ate at Bob's in the summer. Still good. The other week we were up there and I ate at Weathervane, while usually in the O.K. range, this time it was plain bad and overpriced

I was at Bob's  twice this past July and once in October. Everything was excellent.

Thanks for the updates!  I hope to get up there next summer and sample it for myself (along with a few of Flo's hotdogs).  anyone have any other suggestions, just in case?
