I had one of my favs today at 'wichcraft (W. 20th St, NYC branch):
Hot slow roast pork with red cabbage, jalenepo and mustard on a toasted cibiatta.
The warmth, crust and "hotness" is grrrrreat..
Funny thing, almost everyone else I noticed there had ordered the same thing!!
