Take one trimmed brisket, slit pockets, stuff with garlic, onions, peppers, etc. whatever you like. Place in Reynolds oven bag with one bottle of tiger sauce and one bottle of pickapeppa sauce. Seal tight put it in your (cajun microwave oven) light the fire and like magic in (4 hours) It will be the most tender and flavorful brisket you ever had. This works well with other meats also. Just pulled a pork roast out of the cajun microwave oven. Been in for 5 hours, fell apart, and the smell, garlic, oh man!!!

A cajun microwave oven is a wooden, metal lined, charcoal heated, box used to cook meats and other things outdoors, If you do a search on google you can see one with building plans available. Cajun Cook

Careful Paul. He has been trying to promote this cooker over on the BBQ Forum for a long time also.

I am not promoting it, I am just telling people about something unique to the cajun way of cooking. Cajun
