8 Oz. Burger Bar - Miami Beach and L.A.

I just read a note about this L.A. restaurant opening a second location in Miami Beach.

MD - What an interesting menu.  They are really trying aren't they...Everyone is trying to build a better mousetrap..More power to them.  The burger meat mix is very interesting.

Hope you get a chance to try them and report back.  Thanks for their website.

I think there was a episode of DD&D where they went to a similar place that is run by this big ol' German guy. It is somewhere in SoCal and he has been doing it longer. If nothing else, I bet he has been cooking longer than both of those two guys together.
What is BobbyFlay doing with burgers? I know he is in the game too.
The mix of meat that 8oz uses does interest me though. I can taste the flavor of the short ribs in my head.
