Toast on Market is a good choice for breakfast or lunch near downtown Louisville, KY, and a few blocks off I-65 (exit 136-C) and I-64 at 736 E. Market.

Crowded - 35-min. wait Sun. before 9:30 a.m.  Lots of chairs indoor and out to wait on, and free coffee while waiting.  Bring your newspaper.

Worth a wait for good variety of omelets (most $8) and pancake specialties (such as beefcakes: beef pot roast/gravy over pancakes $7.75).
