Please post pictures of your delectable menu items here. In order to keep this thread relevant, please only post pictures of your food items, or pictures that you may have taken of another member's food items. This is not a trip report thread, but a showcase for our member's creations. When posting pictures, please limit the subject matter to FOOD ITEMS Only. We already have a pinned thread to post pics of your restaurant, concession trailer or cart. Also, unless self explanatory, please give a description of the item in the picture you are posting.

John Fox Dr. of BBQ, Nice pictures! What brand is your Angus hot dog? It's a Kent Quality Black Angus Hot Dog and you can get them at GFS although I have to special order them at my GFS. (Gorden Food Service.) Here is a link to KQF, http://tinyurl.com/c77rhv

Nautidog, That is step two in my meat ball sandwich. 3 Meatballs covered with Provolone Cheese. I admit that's not the best picture but look back at the other two pictures you'll see the how I make a meatball sandwich. Jack

I'll tell you what Dr., your food looks as good as it gets, it's obvious you are motivated by pride of your food, not how to squeeze the last penny out of yor operation. I hope to visit your place soon, I'm very impressed!

Dr of BBQ But here is my favorite Hot Dog and in fact I read about fixing Hot Dogs this way here on RoadFood. I love the Char taste and when they are split and grilled you get double the char. So I call them DBL Char Dogs That, my good Dr, is what I base my entire business on. A "Texas Splitterdog" A few jalapenos  and some chopped sweet onions .... be right back. Now I'm hungry.

My Ribs and then Smoked Whole Ribeye Smoked Whole Ribeye with Rosemary for the LPGA Party, Springfield Illinois June 5th 2009.This ribeye was smoked to 119 degrees and fast cooled until just before the party. Guest will be allowed to slice it as thick as they wish and then it will be finished very quickly on a very hot 500 degree charcoal grill.

Guess maybe its the "women in the kitchen " culture...I was pretty much raised by my mom (dad worked all the time), so she taught me how to cook.
