Finished a three day clam digging spree and have cleaned them all and relaxing with a glass of wine. Tomorrow all set for another forum regular from Portland to visit and have lunch.  I opted for lunch at my place instead of some place in the area. I'm breaking out the homemade kielbasa and Italian sausage (with peppers and onions), a homemade slaw side and a drink of choice. Drooling already!

This SOB will take pics when lunch is served (and maybe before). We'll see what the verdict is?
The clams are for later and another forum topic. Fried were good and red clam pasta sauce and chowder are on the docket.
