Historic Eastern Market in Washington DC re-opens today (6/27)

Just wanted to let folks know that the historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, which suffered a terrible fire two years ago, has finally re-opened, all bright, shiny and new! It's air-conditioned now, and with handicap-accessible restrooms too, apparently. The Market has been open for most of the past two years, in a temporary location, but is now back at it's original location. On the weekends, there is also a market of merchandise vendors.

I haven't been down there myself in years, but it is definitely a great experience of DC culture. From what I've seen on the tv news reports, the new place looks great!
