It's a hot dog on a stick, covered in french fry bits:

That really muddies the mustard vs. ketchup debate.

It reminds me of a comestible served in certain delicatessens on the East Coast years ago--- known as hush puppies...and not to be confused with the Southern specialty of little, deep-fried  cornmeal breads.

The Jewish hush puppy was a hot dog encased in a cylindrical knish. I'm told the Knish Shop in Maryland still makes a variation on this item, the hot dog peeking out at each end.

Sabrett advertised all over some arenas their coming introduction of a similar item....and it just never happened. And absolutely no one knows a thing about it.

In any case, this looks good...bring it on...hopefully
not frozen. And yes, indeed,   the muddling of the mustard vs. ketchup issue is an  astute point.

Yeah, the Koreans have been doing that for a while.  If I run into a vendor selling one, I will be sure to try one.

I ate a couple of them when I was over there.  I found them greasy.
