Al, I get it from one of my suppliers, chop it up on the flat top, mix in sliced Spanish onions, and whole sliced potatoes, black pepper, little salt, some granulated garlic, fry till the sausage is done and the potatoes have a brown crust, it's one of my top selling sides. Farmland is top notch!!!
PS. a couple of fried eggs on top of the potatoes doesn't hurt!
