Does anybody remember a spread called Koogel? It was a peanut butter and jelly blend that was swirled into the jar. I remember having it as a kid but haven't seen it since I was about 11 years old. There was a grape flavor and a strawberry flavor too. I was just wondering.

While I remember Koogle well I never ate it.

"Here comes Koogle with the koo-koo-koogly eyes.  Here comes Koogle, it's the Kraft peanutty surprise..."

Or something like that.  Thanks to Saturday morning cartoons that partial jingle's been burned into my brain for 35 years or so.

I was searching the internet for the jingle that I have had stuck in my head for over 30 years and figured out today it was the Koogle jingle.  For quite some time now I have been saying to my grandson when he is eating something....."how does it taste....kind of dot dot daddla da...ya know what I mean...a little like chocolate...a little like peanuts....a little like do doot doodla doot da...OH YEAH!"  But could never figure out where that came from or what product it was for. Today when I found a bunch of stuff on the internet about Koogle it all came together.  I think that the commercial went something like....

"how does it taste....kind of dot dot daddla da...ya know what I mean...a little like chocolate...a little like peanuts....a little like do doot doodla doot da...OH YEAH! Koogle comes in Vanilla, banana and cinnamon too....but the chocolate koogle...she bat that wahhh"

I wish I could find confirmation of that on the internet....but I think that I am getting close.  LOL.  Is this how you remember it at all?

I remember the peanut butter and jelly product but not the chocolate version.  Don't recall the advertising jingle either.  Was not there a squeeze tube variety also?
