Dr o bbq , I will go thurs day and see what there is, you have to be quick or they carry it off to the smelter in Cleburn. I bought on sheet about 5'x4' with the blue plastic still on. They sell it by the pound- 60 cents.
I will take some more photos of the coffee maker and add to the post .
It is very simple. Although I made the burner there are ones on line used to fix bbq rigs that will work for about $15. I used a propane bbq control and mixer pipe to feed the burner on mine , the online bbq places sell controls and nozzels also so check them out.
If you find a coffee maker that doesnt work this may be the way to go. Although bunn coffee makers are usually worth repairing as they run a couple of hundred and up.
This project is part of my overall plan to convert my trailer to gas. I am tired of going to events and having one 115v 15 amp outlet available. Plus I have a couple of places I can set up in the mornings and sell from and there is no electric available.
If the machine shop has finished the hotdog bunn toaster tomorrow I will post some pictures of that.
I am in the middle of converting a small deep fryer to gas also, that has a safety control and gas thermostat - its close!
