I'm good with the donut-eating...not sure about the running, though.

Man v Food had a bit when they did the North Carolina episode on The Doughman http://doughman.pratt.duke.edu/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNfzttBU5Eg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHGiiKHLpk4 Basically it's teams of four. Stage 1 -- Racer 1 Eat Foster's breakfast, bike to Nosh (5.7 miles). Stage 2 -- Racer 2 Eat Nosh sandwich and side, run directly to Luther's (1.8 miles). Stage 3 -- Racer 3 Eat Luther's chilidog and hushpuppies, run to Central Campus Pool for a paddle across the pool (2.1 miles). Stage 4 -- Racer 4 Run from Central Campus pool to Dain's, eat Dain's bacon cheese fries, run to Locopops (2.3 miles). Stage 5 -- Racers 1-4 meet at Locopops, eat special SEEDs popsicles, run to finish line together at Farmer's Market (0.8 miles). They got their inspiration from the Krispy Kreme Challenge: http://www.krispykremechallenge.com/

The Travelin Man I'm good with the donut-eating...not sure about the running, though. Maybe they could make it a relay. Got the eaters covered. Where the heck are we going to find the runners?

Maybe this weighted fork and knife set will help us a shed a couple pounds over the holidays....if only http://www.edmontonsun.co...09/10/22/11492606.html ..a clever melding of dumbbells and cutlery that lets him take the gym to the dinner table and pump some mealtime iron. ...isn’t kidding when he says he eats with his patented exercise silverware. “I don’t use them every day,” he adds. “And I stopped taking them out to restaurants because I don’t want to be stared at.” The Knife and Fork Lift — in which a knife and fork protrude from a pair of 1½-pound dumbbells — started out as a gag. But Madden credits his unique invention with helping him lose 20 pounds in eight weeks.
