I have been making many hamburger specials based on what I read about in Roadfood. I have some very thin patties in the freezer waiting for use and have been working out a triple decker like this. No onion rolls here, and our pepper steak has mushrooms in it, so I would also add them. I too am not a Ranch fan, maybe I'll just put in on the side.
I have made a multitude of scratch salad dressings, but I actually think that I have made from scratch Ranch only once. I am very good at opening containers on that one....
