One of my favorites near Pittsburgh, is Decarlos Market in Elizabeth. Surly not the best, but maybe best value. Their $7 hoagie is on a full loaf of Italian bread. It feeds 4 people. Its huge. Across the river in West Elizabeth, Etown pizza make a great tasting steak hoagie. Just the flavor is so nice.
