Thanks
Ann and Agnes

You've inspired me to add another state (actually I'm limited to a metro area in the next state unless others have stuff they want me to add- they can send  photos tome of other stuff in the state that I add to the list) tonight- it's a short list so it won't involve much

Thanks PNWCHEF

And please don't be shy about adding a few  photos - it doesn't have to be in alphabetical order- or you can e-mail me the photos and I'll add them to my list- and cite the credit of course- Buffetbuster already sent me a photo or two and Mayor Al added quite a few to my list in the beginning-

Outstanding job on Minnesota wj!  It is obvious that this is one of your favorite states.  Still, I have to ask, where is the lutefisk?

WJ, I have traveled MN many miles over the years and your coverage is outstanding.  We race in Brainerd, MN and I certainly enjoy the fish available there.  Walleye is outstanding.

Yes, Minnesota is up there, however I still think that Kansas City is my favorite food city
I believe you can find the Lutefisk in Ahi Mpls' fridge.

Paul,

Have you ever been to Tavern on Grand in St Paul? The Walleye there is nothing short of super.

Hoping to finish "the M's" before I leave for vacation in 3 weeks (my first in 9 months)

Unfortunately I have very limited photos of the next state if anyone can be of assistance.

WJ, I have been to the Tavern on the Grand many times  and it is one of my favorites in St. Paul.  A great southern restaurant in the north.

Ann,

Ann, I'm not sure if the rivalry can compete with New York and Boston, however the "youtube" introduction I included speaks for itself.

WJ-
I don't think I have mentioned it in several pages, but this is truly a sensational thread.  Please keep up the great work!!!

Just know that everytime you post a sour cream raisin pie photo, you kill a little piece of me.  And I think there are some coming up soon.

And since I will be in Montana next week, you are really getting me psyched up for huckleberry candy, huckleberry ice cream, huckleberry sundaes, huckleberry milkshakes.....

Just don't eat the Huckleberry Hound though I am sure the Lewis & Clark expedition did so passing through Montana since that was the favored delicacy they bought from the indians.

I had catfish at Cock of the Walk in Natchez, years ago, back in 1999.

I also had some incredible Catfish at Hagy's Catfish Hotel back in 2009 with Poverty Pete near Shiloh National Battlefield in Tennessee right near the Mississippi border, however I don't think that would count.

I'll likely be returning to Mississippi next year but not sure if I'll have enough time to enjoy some catfish...we'll see..
