Denino's in SI is one of my favorite pizza ever, the crust and sauce is world-class. But you didn't have to wait for the one in Brick. There's been one in Aberdeen for the past few years. And, amazingly, it's just as good as the one on SI. Different type of operation though.

The one on SI is an old bar with tables in the back room (the back room was modernized several years ago). The one in Aberdeen is more like a regular pizza place with some tables in the back. I'm guessing the Brick location will be similar to the Aberdeen one.

You sound like you're involved with the business. Are you? If so, you are most welcome...we have many pizza places in Brick..but I'm looking for a "great" pizza.My favorite place just closed down and we're devestated. Sure could use a quality place which makes a great pie.

Denino's opened yesterday...my son and I went last night...had to wait to get a spot in the parking lot...noticed about 6 cars with New York plates,,,,the little restaurant area was packed...every table full, and the waiting area for take out pizza, very crowded.
   When we were seated, it took about a half hour to get our pie...half plane, half garbage(pepperoni,sausage,onions, meatballs)
   Well, the wait was worth it....the pie was a real New York style pie...thin crust, cooked crisp. Sauce and cheese delicious and the taste superb, They have one size..large...(cheese:$13.00)We ate the whole pie porselves...salads, panninis,appetizers and subs, the rest of the men.....calamari was very popular with the crows, ab I saw lots of orders going past me.
    All in all, I found my new pizza place to replace the now closed Pudgys.

Same (just as delicious) as Staten Island. I live 2 miles from the SI location but the SI location is really dark.
