Alantic City Hot Dog Sauce

Early Nineties I found myself on the Atlantic City boardwalk eating a hot dog with a translucent,galatenous textured pink,yes pink sauce,with onions in it.Anyone know the recipe or ever ate it,can't recall the vendor?

Once again I will stress the color pink,as in pink lemonade.Clear gelatinous in texture with onions.The vendor might of been close to Trump Plaza,might of been.
