That's my 1/2 lb, Rib Eye Cheesesteak, on an Amoroso roll, ckili cheese fries. One would need 2 sodas for this bad boy, hence a real sugar Dr. Pepper and a Grape Nehi...What do you think, a winner?

Looks good to me.  Do you chop the beef or keep it chunky like in the first picture?

Fries are appealing ... Good use of the 'wiz.

I do both depending on the demand, I like to also slice it when it's partially frozen.

That  looks  delicious........................but  don't chop it for me!  Now  I am having a  difficult time  trying to decide what to eat the  next time I  go there.   Do you have  sampler platters?

PapaJoe your looking at Provalone, don't scream and other folks who are Wiz believers, but there is Swiss under the Provalone. It's a fantastic combo.

Hi CTF, I would just use a Amoroso Roll, for a weigh to press the sandwich use a brick inside a cast iron skillet on your flat grill, Presto, Panini grill...just your kind of equipment............look at their demo on the web site.........................Take care, hope your having a good weekend.....Bill

Ummm, did I read correctly? Swiss underneath the provolone? So would that be six slices of cheese on that bad boy? You, sir, have constructed a masterpiece. I am so sad your place is so far away from me.

A cheesesteak sandwich from the Parkside Philly Cheesesteak store on Belleville Ave. in Belleville NJ.  A chicken cheesesteak with fried peppers and onions with provolone cheese on a delicious soft Italian bread.  Simply irresistable.
