Someone went to Hanover NH and didn't go to Lou's for homemade corned beef hash. How is that possible?

Agreed that Lou's is a Hanover must stop--I went to college in Hanover and ate many a breakfast there! However, a longer-than-expected brunch stop at the Farmers Diner and a mandatory walk around the Gorge in Quechee meant that we didn't actually make it to Hanover until after their 3:00 closing!
What's your opinion of Fort Lou's vs. Lou's?
