What is the best taffy apple fudge to use for making caramel apples?  There is taffy apple fudge that you put in a crock pot and dip in the apples and it's made by Westco, but I can not seem to find anything similar that isn't only obtainable from a food distributor.  Any thoughts?

Those little individually wrapped caramel cubes you used to see in stores had a recipe on the package.
