The last Salsa of the year - Mon, 11/1/10 2:57 PM

The last Salsa of the year, The tomatoes are sweet, the onions are mild, the tartness of a lime, the heat of  the serrano peppers, I will miss them all winter. The carnitas will be ready at noon, to bad bill Voss lives so far away. I know how much he hates Mexican food. My Son process one of his pigs last week for a pig roast, looking forward to trying some today...................................BillyB

Billy, does look great!

We have done canned salsa many times. Lotsa work though!

There is always Pace here in Texas. Not as good as homemade though.

Bought some Goya Brand Salsa. The BEST Salsa I've ever had Anywhere! Found it in an Asian Supermarket!

Hi CTF, I don't eat many Salsa's but when I do I want it to be good. The only thing I don't like about most jar salsa's is, the tomatoes look and taste like the tomatoes in Diced tomatoes. I will try Imus Salsa................Thanks Bill
