FEC 750 Smoker For Sale

I have a one year old (only used 6 months)  Cook Shack Fast Eddie FEC 750 Smoker for sale.  There are 3 racks on 5 caroulses totaling 15 racks that revolve,  with a foot pedal controler .  You can look on the professional smoker section on Cook Shack for complete details and see that it lists for around $17,000.
It is a great smoker!  Needs little tending and produces great BBQ. This is a pellet smoker. We are retiring and moving to a warmer climate.  The smoker is located in Madison, Wisconsin.  We want to sell this fast, so the price is a bargain ...  $9,999.00   We brought it here from Oklahoma by trailer and it can be moved to your location that way too or by freight.

I have only used Fast Eddie smokers since working professionally, so I cannot comment on Southern Prides.  They use gas?  Some people do say you get some taste from the gas, I do not know, that is subjective I suppose.  I started with an FEC 100.  Still have it, still love it.  Love the 750 too, but retiring, I just don't have a call for the bigger unit.  You can buy any flavored pellets you like.  Living in Wisconsin, I have talked to pellet making companies and found the ones that make 100% hardwood with no fillers and get them locally at a very good price.  I've had any number of BBQ Judges in and eaten my BBQ and they love the smoke flavor we are getting.  I would point to the results Competition BBQers are getting with FEC and pellet smoking, such as Rod Grey and Pellet Envy.  We are running 100% wood if that makes a difference to anyone.  I have used smoke bombs to add certain flavors to my smoke too.  I smoked all my sides in the 750, from beans to mashed potatoes to corn pudding.  I can cook what I need for my business needs for the day and all the sides and if I need to do a catering or side job I can cover that too.  Pellets are clean, easy to store, easy to get and produce a great smoke flavor.  I pick up a bag, dump it in the hopper and let her rip!  The 750 is easy to clean too.  I honestly cannot think of a single thing that I do not like about the 750.  Set up is simple.  Roll it in, plug it in and vent it out.  1,2,3.  FEC 300's are running $13,000 so for a practically new unit the 750 is a bargain at this price.

Well, we are retired now and I haven't have a lot of time to catch the forums, sorry if I did not reply to your posts!
 
The 750 is sold.  BUT ...   I do have an FEC 100 for sale.  It is around a 2005, works great, no issues and I used it most recently to smoke my Lindy's Style Cheese Cakes.  It comes with an extra set of seals too.  I am asking $2700.  Little Eddie is broken in and will give you excellent results. 
 
I am also selling my Custom Made BBQ trailer.  Little Eddie used to ride in the mobile unit.  The trailer is cedar sided and was licensed as a full restaurant at one time.  The unit has been sitting for a couple of years, and I haven't seen it lately, but it is basically a good trailer and I will put you in it for a GREAT price.  We can even make a package deal with Little Eddie included.  The trailer is a goose neck hitch, 24 foot in length (inside space) , has a service window and lots more.  you can call and talk to me at the same number 608-381-0256.  You will need to put a 011-52 in front of that number, country code for Mexico or PM me and I will call you, I have a Mexican minute plan.
