Have you tried VitaTops? They are 100 calorie muffin tops filled with fiber and protein. I love taking them on the road with me, but they cannot stay unfrozen for more than 3 days. Any tips on where to by them across country?

My suggestion is to do a search under "vita top muffin store locator", and type in the city you will be traveling thru. They sound wonderful!
