158 restaurants are participating this year - March 14 thru 27 - in offering lunch for $20 and dinner for $28 - plus drinks, tax, and tips. These are mostly upscale places, so it can be a pretty good bargain. If you are interested, go to: husdonvalleyrestaurantweek.com. Cheers, John

Milwaukee has the same type of event, and it is an excellent opportunity to try, or get back to, fine restaurants.

And if you have the right Amex Card, you can book a reservation before they open up to the general public.
