Wow! When you said Roadfood Eureka, I thought you were referring to the Samoa Cookhouse.

Michael Hoffman Wow! When you said Roadfood Eureka, I thought you were referring to the Samoa Cookhouse. Right. There's a restaurant named after a Girl Scout cookie. Next, you're going to tell me that there's a nearby mountain named after a soda. Nice try there, Hoffman.

Been using their BaconSalt for a year or so. Not bad when you use it and consume it immediately. It seems to lose some of its punch though if you use it as a seasoning in a large batch dish that will be eaten over a number of days. Buddy

Was that the same stuff that was featured on an episode of Private Chefs of Beverly Hills? I seem to remember them cooking with the bacon salt and needing to feature other products. Ah, what I see on the Food Network......

Michael Hoffman Wow! When you said Roadfood Eureka, I thought you were referring to the Samoa Cookhouse. Humboldt County's (California) best kept secret... How did somebody from Ohio discover the Cookhouse...???
