Rolf's or Vienna both make a neon green relish...if you can't find those at your grocery store, you should be able to order either one online.

Zack's, north of Baltimore used to sell it.  Not super far from Chevy Chase and their dogs are pretty good too.

have you ever thought about adding a couple drops of food coloring to regular sweet relish? ...same thing
