Sad news from Sacraemnty..one of he best and most unique lunch spots anywhere ,La Bonne Soup is closing...am amazing one man operation(one guy cooked , served , made change) the place has become a local institution...glad I got to go there  several times  http://www.sacramentopress.com/headline/49961/La_Bonne_Soupe_Caf_chef_bids_adieu

I remember this place had just opened before I moved from Sac...Thought about stopping, but could never find a parking spot.

Speaking of pools, you should see the two at the Y, as well as the hot tub and sauna there.

It is a lot more useful if you IM or e-mail a moderator.
 
The answer to your question is the moderators probably didn't see it. Other possibilities are:
 
- We are being paid off by said spammer
 
- We were hoping to annoy WJ
 
- We were hoping this type of always stimulating discussion would follow
 
- All spam, all the time is a new direction for the forum
