Thanks everybody! appreciate all the comments. Foodbme, sorry I haven't been on in a couple days. I figured it would be easier to take a picture of the recipe rather than type it all in. the potatos are excellent & fast. for breakfast after microwaving I'd throw them in a hot skillet with a little paprika for a few minutes to crisp them up.

See if I got this right: Use "Eyeball" method for quanties of ingredients! Mom’s Famous Potatoes from sk bob Roadfood Potatoes, cubed Parsley Dried Onions Garlic Powder Paprika Butter Pats Put potatoes in a Casserole Dish Sprinkle with parsley, onion and garlic Add pats of Butter Sprinkle with Paprika Cover with Saran Wrap. Punch a hole Microwave for 5 minutes Remove & stir Re-cover and Microwave for 5 more minutes or until done Leftovers can be fried for hash browns

You can cook my steaks anytime! Just beautiful....have to admit when you said Mom's famous potatoes , I was like, those sure look like famous commercial french fires, then I scrolled down a bit. I too will be trying these. Always looking for new potato ideas.

sk bob sorry, I should have specified that that is my mom in laws recipe for the spuds. You did. This is from your original post: "I know we haven't posted any steak pictures in a while, so here you go, along with some mushrooms and mom-in-laws famous potatoes: "
