Again my restaurant made the cut in the latest edition of "Roadfood", to me it's like getting a Pulitzer or Academy Award, it does wonders for my business and my pride in my product, thanks again Jane and Michael!

I had him on mine, but there's still a slight question about my travels. And then there's always the question as to whether it's possible to get anything without bacon at Chubby's.

I received my copy of the Latest Edition of the Roadfood Book in todays mail. (Thanks Amazon).  I was pleased to read the positive review of Chubby's, and also of many of my old favorites. I see Huber's Family Farm restaurant receive a good review also. It is well-deserved.
We will share the book with my hunting companions on the upcoming Hog-Hunt Safari to the BBQ Belt of Central Texas !!  We will use the Texas Chapter to get from place to place with Bushie as our guide for a few days before the Hunt Begins.
 
BTW My Roadfood book was accompanied by a great "Guide to Butchering and Preparing Wild Game". I thought that was an interesting combination !
