Grilling guru Steven Raichlen shares his regional recipes and favorite barbecue joints

So as not to incur the rath of the self-proclaimed forum watchdog, MiamiDon, I post the following disclaimer.
I didn't know whether to put this here or in the BBQ Forum.
Since it came off a news source on the Internet, I put it here. So there.

Like all "Lists", I'm sure someone will question his wisdom.

    It's wrath, Foodbeme!

Raichlen's actually a pretty nice guy.  He used to live up the road in Coconut Grove (and may still be there).  A really long time ago one could fax him questions about his cookbooks, which weren't about BBQ yet.

I thought you were the forum watchdog. I'm so glad you found someone else to bitch at.
