Taco Bell's Quesadilla Sauce known as Jalapeno Spread is some good stuff. I make this whenever I can and I put it on way too many things (sandwiches, chicken tenders, baked potatoes, etc).

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon diced canned jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon juice from canned jalapeno peppers
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash salt

1 In a blender or food processor puree the diced jalapenos.

2 Add together the mayonnaise, jalapeno juice, cumin, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

3 Blend until smooth and jalapeno is completely pureed, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt, as needed.

I just bought the Taco Bell brand Jalapeno Sauce from the grocery store the other day and found out it tasted terrible. I really do like the sauce though, so this looks like the way to go from here on out.

I didn't even know they sold that. The homemade kind is great, I promise.

One thing I forgot to add is that it needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight for the flavors to meld properly. There is a huge difference between the fresh and the overnight flavors.
