Nothing like a good burger at home, I have our Black Angus Cows processed USDA and the Chuck made into Burgers and 2lb bulk ground Chuck. The patties are 1/3 lb and melt in your mouth with flavor.
This is a burger patty with sauteed onions, melted shredded Colby/Jack cheese topped with pepper relish............I think some Hatch Chiles would be a good addition to this burger.





The burger is cooked about Medium to Medium rare, the color doesn't really show the red in the meat....................pnwc

Hey Joe, I was wondering who would say something about the toast. If it wasn't for New Haven I would have been in deep trouble. We are having a pig roast in Sept, wish you lived closer.............Good luck with the lard, looks like you bonding quite well with the little pig now..........pnwchef

With reference to a few of the preceding comments, I like my burgers on Eziekiel (brand) "Bran for Life" toast. Far less carbs, fat, sugar and calories.

With reference to a few of the preceding comments, I like my burgers on Eziekiel (brand) "Bran for Life" toast. Far less carbs, fat, sugar and calories.

Hamburgers on toast remind me of the hamburgers/cheeseburgers that they had many years ago at Friendly's in New England.  I still like them that way and occasionally we make them that way at home.

Damn, Billy! Toast? I could never stand the burgers at Louis Lunch because of the toast.
