Michael Hoffman Last night's dinner was crab-crusted halibut topped with lemon beurre blanc, with a side of sauteed spinach. It was marvelous! The crab has a gentle spicyness that married perfectly with the halibut. lleechef refuses to tell me how she achieved that, insisting that when she dies that recipe will go to the grave with her.
