Inspired by a recent trip to Nashville. I tried to recreate the "Stroganoff Burger" from "The Pharmacy" Burger Parlor and Beer Garden.
It was about 2/3lb of fresh ground beef, grilled to proper doneness, a stroganoff sauce, with carmelized onions and mushrooms, and a hint of sour cream with swiss.
I have now gone through 4lbs of ground beef and a lb of swiss and 2 16oz sour creams and still have not hit the perfect mix that the pharmacy offers.
They were nonetheless very edible and I am going to have burgers again tonight.
This time with baby swiss and carmelized onions and sauted mushrooms. YUMMMMMMMM www.thepharmacynashville.com
HEY PP - they got a great selection of beers too, and REAL phosphates and sodas and shakes.
