The Garden is coming to a close, I thought of  a dish that I could use everything , Pepper Steak. Green peppers, fresh picked Roma Tomatoes, Walla Walla Onions, Cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms. We raise our own Grass feed cattle so I took out a 2" slice of Sirloin and cut it up. This is the beginning.................I'll come back later with the rest of the story..................Live well....pnwc

Lookin good Chef!

In the Fall, us Hi-Tal-Yens take everything from the garden(no meat)and cook it in a pot.  We call in Giambotta.  This week I even added Papinkies(wild mushrooms).

Never thought of putting it over pasta.  I usually serve it with a loaf of Italian bread(per person).  And a good bottle of wine(per person)

Aha!  Fricassee but different!

Are you going to extend any leftovers to make a wonderful soup?

Why is your stove top always suspiciously clean?
Is there any actual cooking going on there?
J/K.... Your killing me.... that looks good!

I bought some special trim and now know what I'm going to use it for.
