Suggestions of places to eat...??? What route versus time of day to plan well timed meals (breakfast at breakfasttime, lunch at lunchtime, dinner at dinnertime, etc)
My initial thoughts are to start at the southern end in mid to late May (but BEFORE the Memorial Day Weekend tourist onslaught) and work our way north...possibility of encountering SNOW in May. ALTERNATIVE is to do it in the FALL (after Labor Day) to see Fall Colors, again trying to avoid the summer crowds...
